Tort Reform Hypocrisy: ‘Do As I Say, Not As I Sue’
Today Anthony Tarricone, President of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), penned an article addressing the hypocrisy of tort reform opponents only too eager to file lawsuits when it fits their personal and political agendas. These tort reform advocates seek to deny the average American’s right to seek full justice in the legal system when they are injured or cheated, but time and time again file lawsuits when it suits their personal and political agendas. I couldn’t say it any better than Mr. Tarricone, so I’ll just defer to his article.
